1) Firstly, click on "All Categories" from menu bar to browse all products available in the store. You may view products from particular category by selecting any product category on the left-side of the screen. If you know the product name, use the search box so that the system could help you to lookup for the item you're looking for.
2) To view the product details, click on product name or "Details" link.
3) In the product page, you will get more info about the product that you have selected. Information such as product description, features, and reviews by other customers (if any). To purchase the product, select the quantity and other options (color, size, etc - if relevant), and click "Add to cart" button.
4) Here you'll view the summary of your order, make sure the item, quantity and price is correct. You can continue shopping by browsing another products in the store or checkout & pay for the selected product(s).
5) You will be required to login to the system to complete your purchase. If you are new user, kindly fill-in registration form to get a free account.
6) Next, you'll be directed to payment confirmation page. Enter voucher/coupon code (if you have any) for getting discounts on your purchase. You will also have to select your preferred shipping method and enter your shipping address (if other than your registered address). Then, choose your preferred payment methods and hit "Submit" button. If you select Paypal or any credit card option (MOLPay/Ipay88), you will be redirected to the payment gateway page. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the banking info will be shown in the next screen. Please note that you will need to complete the payment before the goods are shipped.
7) Congratulations! We will process your order and arrange the shipment for your item. (Note: if you chose Bank Transfer payment method, please notify us once the payment is done by uploading your payment receipt ). You may also track your order processing status using the Order Tracking link. Enter your Sales Order number in the textbox.
